The Villa

This lovely house is 2km along a very quiet road 5 minutes from Castiglione, Messer Raimondo and Bisenti. Olive, fig and dozens of other fruit trees are apart of the grounds and you are free to pick and take back to the house. There is a pool for swimming in, this pool has a filter system to remove salt water so you are constantly provided with fresh and clear water. In the evening you can dine or justrelax on the terrace and get an experience of the wildlife.
The building was once a refuge for soldiers but now has been modernised to cater for a large kitchen with plenty of appliances as in an American style fridge freezer, a 6 ringed gas cooker, dishwasher, walk in larder and chest freezer, a utility room with washing and drying machines to keep you prepared.
The dining room is incredibly large for this type of house, it easily accommodates 15 people and may a few more. Lounge has open fire, French patio doors that lead to the pool, the entrance hall has a cloakroom for coats and shoes.
On the outside there is a large terrace has been built to over look the hills and countryside from the pool. On this terrace there is also space for a large party of people.

Kitchen is a beautiful room its French doors are extend to terrace, a 6 ringed gas cooker and hob, large electric oven, dishwasher, large style fridge freezer, large walk in larder with chest freezer and drinks fridge.

A very long drawing room and lounge with a beautifully restored open fireplace, corner sofa, 3 seater sofa and 3 armchairs and a TV and DVDs. A separate sitting room with large corner sofa, with a 47inch flat screen LCD TV and home cinema surround sound system.

The private swimming pool has been designed with a stone made diving board, and the terrace that surrounds the house has sun beds, there is enough to surround the pool side. There is a set of table and chairs for outdoor dining and afternoon snacks, and a grass garden for ball games and other activities to enjoy. In the corner of the garden is a barbeque with its own terrace.
